Payment Options

Q: I don’t have a PayPal or Zip account. Can I pay with a debit or credit card?

A: Yes. Select PayPal as your checkout method, then select “Pay with a debit or credit card.” to check out as a guest. You do not need to set up a PayPal account to use this method.

Shipping

We work with manufacturers around the world to provide a wide variety of products at competitive prices with affordable shipping rates. With multiple facilities in the USA and around the globe, we are fulfilling your orders around the clock!

Q. When will my order ship?

A. Most t-shirts ship within 3-7 business days from our US facilities. Coffee mugs, hoodies, children's clothing, hats and tanks are also typically shipped within 3-7 business days. Shoes, jewelry and home decor typically ship within 5-10 business days of ordering. Since many of our items are custom made after they're ordered, the time from ordering to shipping may vary depending on the current demand.

 

Q. Why can't certain items be shipped to my location?

A. The majority of our t-shirts, hoodies and tank tops can be shipped worldwide! Due to licensing agreements with some of our partners, as well as some shipping restrictions on select organic items, some products are only available to ship inside the USA.

 

Q. How can I track my order? 

A. When you check out, you'll be able to select email or SMS (text message) updates to get tracking information for your order. The majority of our items come with tracking information which will be automatically sent to you upon shipment.

 

Q. I received part of my order, where are the other items?

A. If you ordered multiple items and they shipped from different locations, you will receive multiple tracking numbers. Since we work with manufacturers around the world, it is common for orders with different types of items to be sent in multiple shipments. 

Q. There's an item from the old Left Hand Craft store that I'd like to buy. Can you add it to the shop?

A. Yes! We'll be moving most of our older Left Hand Craft merchandise to this new store over time. If there's something you're looking for now, just let us know.
